Mathematics

Working for student activities and in The Underground has given me a chance to meet many interesting people. Apart from the socializing, my job as the assistant manager of The Underground has been a great opportunity to learn responsibility and to contribute to the campus community.

I think that the summers in Canton are great. I have spent two summers at St. Lawrence, taking classes with exciting faculty and other devoted students. I look forward to this summer too, when I will be working as a teaching assistant for incoming HEOP students. I will also be conducting an independent project on differential equations with Professor Giarrusso of the mathematics department.

The atmosphere at St. Lawrence has given me the confidence to grow and to fulfill my dreams. After graduation, I plan to go to graduate school and get a Ph.D. in mathematics.
