When I started receiving mail from St. Lawrence, I knew right away that it would be my first choice. My visit confirmed my decision. The people were wonderful and the campus was beautiful. I decided to apply Early Decision and was accepted.

It is easy to establish a relationship with your professors, and the classes are small enough that it is easy to participate. St. Lawrence offers exciting international study opportunities, which I hope to take advantage of someday.

Through working with the women's hockey team, which went to the first ever women's "Frozen Four," I really have seen the true meaning of being on a team and working together. The coaches care not just about how the players play; they also care about what else is going on in their lives.

As a part of the First-Year Council I have been able to help plan a lot of activities for the first-year class, such as dances and a battle of the bands. There's an amazing number of student organizations on campus to get involved in!
