2006-07: Nuffer had a breakout freshman campaign for the Saints. Nuffer placed fifth in the mile run at the NYSCTC Championships. She also ran on the distance medley relay team that took second at the championships and set a school record. Nuffer took third place in the 5000 meter run at the Liberty League Championships, a season's best. She placed seventh in the 1000 meter run at the ECAC Championships with a time of 3:06.03, a season's best.

At Beaver River Central High School

Nuffer was a three sport athlete participating in cross country, basketball and track and field. A four-year all-star in track and field and cross country, Nuffer was captain of both teams during her senior season. Nuffer was a four-year section winner and four year state performer in cross country and a state performer in track and field her senior season.

Nuffer will participate in middle distance events for the Saints and is also a member of the cross country team.
