Chase was a three-sport athlete, competing in soccer, alpine skiing, and lacrosse. She was captain of both the soccer and lacrosse teams, while on the slopes, she was the 2007 Vermont Cup Overall Champion and received the J-1 Alpine Award in 2007. She was a consistent name on the honor roll and was the recipient of the Lisa Tuttle Award.
