2007: Despite facing injury throughout much of her sophomore season, Nuffer continued to be one of the Saints' top runners before her season came after the conference meet. The Beaver Falls, NY native was in the team's top-5 in each of the four races that she ran, including 8th place overall finishes at both Plattsburgh State (19:52) and the Liberty League Championships (24:58).

At Beaver River Central School

Chelsea was an all star in cross country and a member of league championship teams in addition to being part of the 2004 state champion. She ran in both the New York State and Federation championships as a four season runner in cross country. She also played basketball and ran track for five seasons. She was a class officer, member of the student council and a member of the Youth Advisory Council.
