2007-2008: In her rookie season, Bush was an asset to the Saints in the sprint freestyle races, as well as the breaststroke events. At the NYSWCAA Championships in mid February, the Hingham, MA native had a career best swim in the 100 breaststroke, where she earned a lane in the consolation final after dropping nearly four seconds in the event and placed 20th overall. She was also a member of the 20th place 200 Free Relay team, as well as the 200 Medley Relay squad that placed 21st overall.

At Hingham
Bush was a three sport athlete, competing in field hockey, swimming, and lacrosse. She was named a Patriot League All-Star for her performance in the pool. She was a member of the National Honor Society.
