At Fayetteville-Manlius
Smith was a dual-sport athlete, earning recognition both on the lacrosse field and in the hockey rink. He was given Honorable Mention status to the All-League Lacrosse and Hockey Teams in his senior season. Smith was also the recipient of the Ice Hockey "Coaches Award" in both his junior and senior years. The Manlius, NY native is yet to declare a major at St. Lawrence.
