ENTRY DEADLINE: Tuesday, Sept. 10th at 6:00 p.m.
(Late Entries will not be accepted, forms must be complete
and team entry fee must be included with your entry form submission)

Fall League Information Divisions Open Division (Any combination of men and women) Co-ed Division (50% Men & 50% Women, on both your roster and the field at all times) Women (Women only division) Entry Proceedure: Print this form and completely enter all information that is requested so as to not delay your teams entry into the tournament. Return the form with the appropriate entry fee to the intramural office Augsbury 212 or to the Intramural Drop Box in the Augsbury Center Lobby by the deadline. Entry Fee: $25.00 per team Please include a check for twenty-five dollars payable to St. Lawrence University, include your team name on the check, budget codes are also accepted. Entry Deadline: Tuesday, September 10th at 6:00 p.m. Eligibility and Rules: posted on the Intramural Bulletin Board (Augsbury Center Lobby) Captain's Meeting: Augsbury Center Lobby (Thursday, September 12th, times to be announced!)
