Stephen "Bo" McDougall returned to his alma mater to join the Saints' coaching staff as linebackers coach for the 2008 season following a two-year coaching stint at Norwich University.

 

McDougall, who received his Bachelor's Degree in History from St. Lawrence in 2006, was a four-year starter for Chris Phelps from 2002-2005 and served as a team captain in his senior campaign.

 

Following commencement, McDougall joined the coaching staff at Norwich, serving the Cadets as the Tight Ends coach. He was responsible for video breakdown, creating scouting reports and recruiting in New England. McDougall also worked as the Assistant Coach to men's lacrosse at Norwich.
