2007: Patterson exploded on to the scene, as he was a solid check-down receiver. The Lockport, NY native had 34 catches, 32 more than his rookie year, for 290 yards and three scores. He was also a primary return man on special teams, returning 14 kicksoffs for an average of 16.9 yards. Patterson also earned a spot on the Liberty League's All-Academic Team and is a member of the Black Student Union and Male Athletes Against Sexual Violence (MAASV).
2006: Patterson played a key role on the special teams unit for the Saints and as a back-up receiver. Patterson caught two passes for 16 yards against Union.

At Lockport High School
Patterson played football, basektball and baseball. He earned Second-Team All-League honor on the football field. Off the field, he was a two-sport scholar athlete and a member of the National Honor Society. Patterson plans to play football and basketball for the Saints.
