2006: Lewis played a back-up role at defensive tackle.

At Camden High School

Lewis participated in football and track and field. As a member of the varsity football team, he was a Section III All-Star; Camden’s Defensive Lineman of the Year and was selected to play in the Senior Acaro All-Star Classic. He was also a Scholar Athlete during his senior season.
