2007: Lagos continued to serve as a solid back-up full back for the Saints as well as a special teams player. The Watertown, NY native proved to be a threat out of the backfield, catching a touchdown against Norwich. Rich earned Liberty League All-Academic honors, saw action in three games at full back and is a member of the Physics Honor Society.
2006: In his sophmore season, Lagos continued to serve as a back-up fullback. The Brownville, NY native showed his versatility, though, as he also served a special team's player, collecting three tackles in three games in 2006.
2005: Lagos was a back-up at fullback to seniors Carl Althans and James Buchanan in his rookie season.

At General Brown High
Lagos played football and baseball. He earned all-North honors, and was named an All-State Scholar Athlete. He was captain of the football team and named the Richard Stringer Outstanding Linebacker and the Ronald Silver Outstanding Running Back.
