Health and Information Fair: The SLU Employee Assistance Health and Information Fair, for University employees and their families, is scheduled for Wednesday, April 7,
11 a.m.-3 p.m. in Eben Holden. Screenings for cholesterol, glucose and blood pressure will be conducted; physical therapists and representatives of several services at Claxton-Hepburn Hospital will be present; and workshops on grief management (12:30 and

Call for Papers: Organizers of the St. Lawrence Festival of Science (April 23 in the Student Center) seek abstracts of possible papers or poster presentations. National Alcohol Screening Day: St. Lawrence University will participate in National Alcohol Screening Day on Thursday, April 8, with a series of events aimed at helping students increase awareness about responsible alcohol use. The University's counseling services office will offer students a brief self-assessment, to determine drinking habits and if behaviors ever change when alcohol is involved. In addition to taking the written self-test, students will have the opportunity to talk one-on-one with a health professional. If appropriate, students will be directed to support or treatment services on campus. ISEP Meeting: An information meeting on off-campus study through the International Student Exchange Program (ISEP) is scheduled for Tuesday, April 6, at 5:30 p.m. in Carnegie 105. Application deadline for participation in the spring 2005 semester is

Library Prizes: Friends of the Owen D. Young and Launders Libraries sponsor the following student prizes for student work. Two Samuel Johnson Bibliography Prizes are awarded for the best undergraduate bibliographies in support of (1) a research paper, and (2) an honors thesis submitted for St. Lawrence courses during the 2003-2004 academic year. The Josephine Mentley St. Lawrence and North Country Studies Award goes to the creator of a paper or project completed in the 2003-2004 academic year, regardless of discipline, that focuses on topics or issues relating to St. Lawrence history or to the North Country. O.A.R. Tickets Available: Tickets for the O.A. R. (Of A Revolution) concert on Friday, April 16, at 8 p.m. in Leithead Field House may be purchased at the Student Center Information Desk and Brewer Bookstore. Advance tickets are $7 for St. Lawrence students, faculty and staff (limit two per person) and $10 for others.

Lunch Bunch: Laurentian Women's Association Lunch Bunch meets on the first Wednesday of each month in the Eben Holden Conference Room (note new location).
