Announcements
Student Financial Services: March 22 was the first day of newly co-located student financial services in the Student Center. Payroll is still in Vilas Hall and financial aid is still in Payson. The changes for employees include the movement of all banking to the new branch of North Country Savings Bank (which will be open by April 1). The cashier's office in Vilas Hall will be closed when the bank opens. The business office will still be the place for employees to pick up payroll and accounts payable checks and for employees to add to their campus-wide account (although that function can also be done online; see next message for details). North Country Savings Bank will have a grand opening in the near future.

Online Additions to Campus-Wide Account: As part of the reorganization of several offices to create the new office of student financial services, administration of the campus-wide accounts (CWA) for employees has moved from dining services to the business office. Employee deposits to a CWA may now be made three ways:

1. online at the student financial services website,
2. by cash/check at the business office in Vilas Hall,
3. or by payroll deduction (minimum amount of $25).

Employees wishing to make deposits by payroll deduction should send an e-mail to Janet Rowe (jrowe@stlawu.edu) stating their employee identification number (printed on the SLU ID card) and amount they would like added to their CWA. The funds will be added to their CWA by the close of the next business day and payment withheld from their next salary payment. Please note, this is different from the procedure for students. Their cash or check additions to their accounts will be made at North Country Savings Bank when it opens at the beginning of April.

Commencement Volunteers Sought: Commencement organizers are in need of several faculty and staff to assist in various roles at the ceremonies on Sunday, May 16. Some roles also require availability for approximately two hours for rehearsal during the week before. Those interested should e-mail Lisa Cania, lcania@stlawu.edu.
