Visiting Assistant Professor of French
The Modern Languages and Literatures Department at St. Lawrence University invites applications for a one-year visiting position, potentially renewable for up to two years, beginning August 2010. Successful and experienced teacher who can work at all levels of an undergraduate language curriculum. Specialization is open, but those with a background in Francophone and contemporary literature and culture are especially invited to apply. Candidates should have native or near-native command of French, with a completed or nearly complete Ph.D. in French. We welcome applications from candidates who bring diverse cultural, ethnic and national perspectives to their creative work and teaching.
