English Prof. Makes Gluten-Free Tortillas with NCPR
Paul Graham '99, associate professor of English, made gluten-free fresh tortilla in the North Country Public Radio kitchen.
Graham is the author of In Memory of Bread, a book he wrote after being diagnose with celiac disease in 2012.
