Tracey Cross-Baker '90, associate director of career services at Ithaca College, has been elected president of the College Student Personnel Association of New York State, Inc.(CSPA).

CSPA is an organization "committed to advancing the knowledge and personal and professional development of a diverse group of student affairs educators at public and independent colleges and universities across New York. This 365-member organization also provides high-quality, local and national professional development opportunities to its members and student affairs colleagues across the state."

After serving as both an Advisory Board member and Member-at-Large for CSPA, Cross-Baker was co-founder of CSPA's Student Affairs Managers-In-Training initiative. As president, she is now responsible for the organization's member services, public relations, strategic planning, and leadership development. During her tenure, Cross-Baker has initiated new opportunities for membership involvement in leadership initiatives, including a brand-management campaign, a comprehensive professional development program and collaboration with other student affairs associations.

Cross-Baker is a resident of Dryden, New York, along with her husband, Stuart '89 and children Douglas and Chloe.
