Online Forms for the Class of 2011
Please be sure you complete all three forms: the
FYP preference form (for Fall), the housing assignment profile, and the academic
information
form. All forms are due June 1st. We
will gladly accept forms after the deadline, but on time forms
receive priority. More information on the May and July mailings
is here. Please do NOT fax
forms other than the FYP, Academic Info, Housing, and Statement
of Obligation forms. If you complete these forms online or fax them, please mail all other forms in the envelope provided in the back of the New Student Guide mailing.
