Classic Dinner Menus
- Dining & Conference Services prides itself on the diverse nature of our
menus. These are a sampling of possibilities. The only limit we may have
is the local availability of authentic ingredients. Creative suggestions
regarding other ethnic options are always welcomed. For an international
flare, a blend of the following can be a unique experience.
- We will make every attempt to use local and sustainable food products. Our first consideration remains to be food safety and quality.
- Prices of all dinner menus are inclusive of basic service staff, setup
and cleanup, standard linens, buffet style based on
15 guests. Higher or lower guest numbers will affect price, as well as venue.
Feel free to request additional options to food and service.
- Bar beverages and bartending services are an additional charge and will
be billed at a cost plus basis for alcohol consumed or corked, additionally
bartender fees will be billed at an hourly rate for a minimum of 3 hours.
Please note only beer and wine is available on campus in the following locations
only:

- Brush Alumni House
You must obtain prior written approval of the university president
and provide a university budget code.
- Assorted cold beverages include assorted canned regular and diet soda
and SLU logo bottled water. Iced Tea or Lemonade may be substituted
and would be pre-set at each place setting in a goblet.
- Spring Greens Salad is offered with light vinaigrette or two dressings
of your choice.
- Our professional event management staff will schedule appropriate service
staff to assure the level of service expected while maintaining fiscal responsibility.
On site professional supervision is included at no extra charge.
- A special event assistance card is made available at every event with contact information or concerns you may have about your event. Also on this card is a mni survey for you to fill out so your comments or concerns are addressed accordingly. We would appreciate it if you could take a few moments to fill out the survey and return it to Dining & Conference Services office in Eben Holden, Room 111.
